TTDL - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TTDL (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TTDL is a video management application that allows users to add videos via the iOS Share menu and organize them in a private local library. The App provides tools for organizing, viewing, tagging, and managing video files stored on your device.

3. Independent Application

TTDL is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok, ByteDance, or any other third-party platform.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you add, store, or share using the App. You agree to use TTDL in compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms. The App does not grant any rights to third-party content.

5. Local Storage

All videos and related metadata added to TTDL are stored locally on your device. We do not access, host, or transmit your content to external servers.

6. Subscriptions

TTDL offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (“TTDL Pro”) that unlock premium features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

All subscription transactions are processed by Apple. We do not store or access your payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, design, and features are owned by TTDL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their own content stored within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TTDL is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, content misuse, or damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to update or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
